MID ONTARIO SNOWMOBILE TRAILS (MOST) is an association of 6 snowmobile clubs located in District 8 of the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs.  The 6 member clubs are: Barrie Snowmobile Club, Blue Mountain Snowdrifters, Carden Sno Drifters, Georgian Bay Snowriders, Sno Voyageurs Club, and the Wasaga Snowmobile Club. Our area is blessed with an abundance of snow due to our close proximity to Georgian Bay, and those great Northwesterly winds we receive in the winter which create snow squalls capable of dumping huge amounts of snow.

DISTRICT 8 starting in the West begins East of Markdale and North of Dundalk which the Osprey Snowhawks call home. Opsrey Snowhawks connect Northeastly to Collingwood's snowmobile club which is called the Blue Mountain Snowdrifters. Leaving Blue Mountain Snowdrifters riding East will take you to the Wasaga Snowmobile Club trail system and Southeast will take you to the Barrie Snowmobile Club. Wasaga also links with the Barrie Snowmobile Club which stretches South to Highway 90 as well as the Sno Voyageurs Club and the Georgian Bay Snowriders.  The Barrie Snowmobile Club connects Easterly to Sno Voyageurs Club (also Barrie). Then heading North Sno Voyageurs Club connects to Georgian Bay Snowriders in Midland/Penetanguishene and then East to Orillia District Snowmobile Club. Orillia District Snowmobile Club’s trails surround Lake Couchiching and link with Carden Sno-Drifters and the Muskoka Snowmobile Region. The most easterly club in the District is the Carden Snowdrifters. Their trails stretch from Sebright and Lagoon City to Kirkfield and Norland and they meet with trails leading to Coboconk and Haliburton..

Many sections of our trail system are multi-use. So please be prepared to expect & respect others on our trails.

The clubs groom, brush and maintain almost 1,200 km of trails using a variety of industrial groomers.

The majority of the grooming will occur at night, but in order to groom all of the trails several times per week the groomers are out at all hours day & night. Be prepared to stop and let them pass.
